Senior Architect Technical Consulting – Enterprise Security & AI-driven
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Architect scalable Salesforce Data 360 foundations covering real-time ingestion, identity resolution, data harmonization, and zero-copy integrations.
- Define and execute enterprise-wide architecture roadmaps across Salesforce Customer 360, including Sales, Service, Data, and Security.
- Design governance, trust layers, and guardrails for Agentforce/AIForce, including agent orchestration, prompt engineering, and trust-boundary management.
- Design end-to-end enterprise security architectures covering identity and access management, encryption, Shield, Event Monitoring, and data privacy.
- Define secure API and integration patterns using authentication, OAuth scopes, certificates, named credentials, and external client applications.
- Act as program or lead architect by coordinating architects, reviewing requirements and solution approaches, and managing technical escalations.
- Partner with CTOs, CISOs, CIOs, enterprise architects, customers, partners, and Salesforce technical stakeholders.
- Mentor customers, partners, and colleagues in technical delivery, communication, and executive influence.
- Support implementation planning, solution evaluation, issue management, internal initiatives, and pre-sales activities when required.
Requirements
- Professional business fluency in German and fluent English are mandatory.
- Proven experience as a Principal/Program Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Technical Architect in complex Salesforce ecosystems.
- Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce enterprise security, data protection, Shield, Event Monitoring, governance, and security posture assessments.
- Hands-on experience architecting Salesforce Data 360 and Agentforce/AIForce solutions with trust-layer controls.
- Deep knowledge of Apex, LWC, event-driven architectures, SSO/OAuth, APIs, API Management, CI/CD, MCP, A2A, and object-oriented programming.
- Practical experience designing multi-agent orchestration and safely operating autonomous agents at enterprise scale with permissions, trust boundaries, and auditability.
- Strong familiarity with the Salesforce Well-Architected Framework and its architecture patterns.
- Strong presentation, communication, facilitation, collaboration, ownership, and executive engagement skills.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications or willingness to obtain them in the near term.
- Preferred: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, advanced architecture credentials, or equivalent Salesforce Enterprise Architect experience.
- Preferred: Experience with Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Google Gemini, AI-assisted developer tooling, MuleSoft, Tableau/Analytics, Informatica, web services, data modeling, enterprise application integration, and large transformation programs.
- Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred: Experience with Customer 360, Agentforce, Centers of Excellence, Scrum/Agile delivery, and multi-system-integrator programs.
