Responsibilities
- Deliver implementation projects from solution design through go-live.
- Design and help merchants build high-performance API-based integrations for complex systems.
- Partner with Sales during pre-sales to shape solutions, assess feasibility, and support technical discussions.
- Guide merchants on architecture, integration decisions, testing, and production readiness.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Project Management to achieve merchant outcomes.
- Share best practices, support team growth, and help colleagues and merchants resolve blockers.
- Represent merchant needs internally and advocate for product and integration improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical consulting, integrations, or software engineering.
- Deep understanding of APIs and experience working across frontend and backend systems.
- Ability to make decisions in ambiguous environments and lead technical discussions.
- Strong communication skills and credibility with technical and business stakeholders.
- Proactive, pragmatic approach focused on delivering scalable, reliable solutions.
- Willingness to share best practices and help teams deliver high-quality integrations.
