ML Engineer
GE VernovaResponsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and architect scalable software solutions that integrate AI and machine learning models.
- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, well-documented code and participate in technical design, architecture, and coding-standard reviews.
- Develop internal tools and processes, improve operational efficiency, and implement software development and deployment best practices.
- Support product introduction, cost improvements, schedule adherence, problem resolution, and design quality under the guidance of Senior and Principal Engineers.
- Promote code quality, documentation, collaboration, and continuous learning across the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master of Science degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Engineering, or Mathematics.
- 3–5 years of strong software engineering experience.
- Experience with web technologies and version control systems in an industrial context.
- Experience with Python, JavaScript, AWS, and frameworks or libraries such as React, NumPy, Torch, and Sanic.
- Ability to work across organizations in a matrix environment, with strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, problem-analysis, and resolution skills.
