Base Salary
$106k - $118k/yr
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code
- Support and improve CI/CD pipelines for application and ML workloads
- Operate containerized workloads in Kubernetes or managed container platforms
- Automate repetitive operational tasks using scripts and tooling
- Assist with deploying and monitoring AI/ML workloads
- Use AI-assisted tools for log analysis, alert triage, incident investigation, documentation, deployment validation, and testing
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond to environment and CI/CD pipeline incidents
- Monitor system health using dashboards, logs, and alerts
- Contribute to post-incident reviews and follow-up actions
- Document procedures, runbooks, and operational knowledge
- Collaborate with DevOps, software engineering, and IT teams while contributing to established DevOps standards
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud, SRE, or infrastructure engineering
- Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure and Linux-based systems
- Experience with at least one of Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Scripting experience with Bash, Python, or similar
- Experience with infrastructure as code, including Terraform, IaC 2.0, or similar
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker containers, and Kubernetes concepts
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
- Preferred: 2+ years in healthcare technology or another highly regulated SaaS environment
- Preferred: familiarity with AI-driven monitoring or AIOps tools and AI-assisted development or operations tools
- Preferred: understanding of cloud networking and security fundamentals and experience supporting on-call
- Advanced AWS, GCP, or Azure professional-level certifications, CKA, CKS, or CISSP are highly valued
