Responsibilities
- Translate client requirements into differentiated, actionable, and deliverable solutions.
- Collaborate with sales pursuit and delivery teams to develop winnable solutions supporting the client value proposition and business case.
- Lead the design and development of comprehensive solution architectures for complex client challenges.
- Coordinate communication and decision-making across multiple cross-functional teams.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and manage the team’s work and decisions.
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth and project contributions.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in BlueYonder Warehouse Management.
- Proficiency in BlueYonder Warehouse Management is required.
- Strong expertise in solution design and architecture within warehouse management systems.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and create scalable technical solutions.
- Experience collaborating with diverse teams to drive solution development and implementation.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and enterprise-level technology platforms.
- Experience with A&D Aftermarket is preferred.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
