Responsibilities
- Promote an automation-first culture to improve customer experience.
- Assist with designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with development teams on application deployment and integration.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Support hybrid infrastructure and services.
- Maintain and develop internal DevOps management services, sites, and reporting.
- Maintain documentation for processes, systems, and configurations.
- Adopt new DevOps technologies and best practices.
- Assist with implementing security best practices in DevOps processes.
Requirements
- Experience with public cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Experience with infrastructure as code, including Terraform and Bicep.
- Knowledge of container environments; Kubernetes knowledge is a bonus.
- Experience with one or more programming languages, including C#, TypeScript, SQL, Go, or Python, and willingness to learn more.
- Basic scripting skills with PowerShell, Bash, or similar languages.
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as TeamCity, Octopus, and GitHub Actions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
