Base Salary
$179k - $269k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud services for data ingestion, workflow orchestration, and distributed training at scale.
- Generate, manage, and process large volumes of multi-sensor machine-learning training data.
- Advance MLOps practices including model artifact management, experiment tracking, and automated model deployment and testing.
- Collaborate with perception experts, roboticists, and cross-functional teams to integrate machine-learning pipelines and deliver production-ready software.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to improve team software-development standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field with 4+ years of relevant experience; alternatively, a master's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience or a PhD.
- Strong record of delivering complex software projects from conception through production.
- Expertise in machine-learning data pipelines, data generation, and distributed model training.
- Experience designing, building, and operating large-scale distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong proficiency in Python and/or C++.
- Preferred: master's or PhD in a related field.
- Preferred: hands-on experience with Ray, PyTorch, Dagster, LakeFS, or PyArrow.
- Preferred: experience with multi-sensor data fusion and autonomous-driving data processing.
- Preferred: familiarity with safety-critical software development in automotive or robotics domains.
- Preferred: understanding of machine-learning concepts, computer-vision use cases, and L2/L3 autonomy challenges.
- Must be legally authorized to work permanently in the United States; visa sponsorship is available.
