Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain TypeScript and React front-end features under senior-engineer guidance.
Contribute bug fixes, enhancements, and unit tests to Go backend services.
Assist with ServiceNow catalog items, workflows, and platform scripting.
Participate in design discussions, code reviews, testing, deployment, and the full software development lifecycle.
Use GitHub Actions, Terraform modules, and internal developer portal templates to build and ship features.
Contribute to AI agents, MCP servers, and LLM-powered product capabilities, ideally using AWS Bedrock.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
0–2 years of professional software development experience, with internships and co-ops counting toward experience.
Foundational knowledge of TypeScript or JavaScript and a modern front-end framework, preferably React.
Familiarity with at least one backend language; exposure to Go is a plus.
Understanding of Git-based version control and collaborative development workflows.
Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and a demonstrated desire to learn.
Preferred qualifications include ServiceNow exposure or certification coursework, familiarity with GitHub Actions or similar tools, and coursework or personal projects involving cloud services, AI agents, or LLM-based tooling.
