Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain TypeScript and React front-end features under senior-engineer guidance.
- Contribute bug fixes, enhancements, and unit tests to Go backend services.
- Assist with ServiceNow catalog items, workflows, and platform scripting.
- Participate in design discussions, code reviews, testing, deployment, and the full software development lifecycle.
- Use GitHub Actions, Terraform modules, and internal developer portal templates to build and ship features.
- Contribute to AI agents, MCP servers, and LLM-powered product capabilities, ideally using AWS Bedrock.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 0–2 years of professional software development experience, with internships and co-ops counting toward experience.
- Foundational knowledge of TypeScript or JavaScript and a modern front-end framework, preferably React.
- Familiarity with at least one backend language; exposure to Go is a plus.
- Understanding of Git-based version control and collaborative development workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and a demonstrated desire to learn.
- Preferred qualifications include ServiceNow exposure or certification coursework, familiarity with GitHub Actions or similar tools, and coursework or personal projects involving cloud services, AI agents, or LLM-based tooling.
