Base Salary
$180k - $269k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with marketing teams across content, brand, vertical content, SEO, analytics, and publishing to identify AI integration opportunities.
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and intelligent agents for marketing use cases.
- Automate marketing workflows and apply AI-driven data insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Build and test prototypes for content generation, messaging, keyword optimization, predictive analytics, and campaign automation.
- Partner with engineers, designers, and data scientists to accelerate AI adoption across marketing.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, conduct gap analyses, and deliver technical solutions for marketers.
- Provide hands-on technical training and workshops on AI-based tools and practices.
- Evaluate marketing technologies for integration and contribute to the marketing technology roadmap.
- Advise marketing leadership on opportunities enabled by AI-driven marketing technologies.
Requirements
- Hands-on expertise in marketing workflows including content creation, campaign strategy, analytics, SEO, and publishing.
- At least 7 years of software development experience, including writing, debugging, and optimizing complex code.
- Experience developing AI-powered applications, intelligent agents, and workflows using NLP, machine learning, automation frameworks, and big data platforms.
- Knowledge of CRM systems, campaign management tools, DMPs, analytics tools, CMS platforms, and SEO tools.
- Experience with API integrations, cloud platforms, and software architecture design.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying autonomous agentic workflows and RAG pipelines with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or LangGraph.
- Proficiency integrating, securing, and optimizing enterprise LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini Enterprise, including experience with guardrails.
- Understanding of generative AI applications for content generation, semantic SEO/GEO optimization, predictive campaign insights, and campaign workflow automation.
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and project execution skills.
- Working knowledge of the Gemini Enterprise Platform is preferred.
- Familiarity with LLMs, marketing applications of AI, and AI workflow orchestration is preferred.

- Annual base pay range of $179,500.00-$269,300.00, with possible incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits.
