Base Salary
$174k - $174k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Salesforce customizations using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components for Service Cloud, B2B Commerce, and Experience Cloud.
- Configure Salesforce applications, standard and custom objects, customer and partner portals, APIs, security and sharing settings, and business workflows.
- Build Service Cloud capabilities including accounts, contracts, cases, email-to-case, omni-channel rules, knowledge base, and reporting.
- Build B2B Commerce capabilities including products, orders, carts, entitlements, and order-status objects.
- Develop scalable Salesforce processing solutions using Batch Apex, Scheduled Apex, Queueable Apex, and asynchronous mechanisms.
- Implement integrations and document workflows using MuleSoft, Conga, DocuSign, web services, REST APIs, and SOAP Web Services.
- Manage Salesforce release, deployment, migration, validation, environment management, version control, and CI/CD processes using Copado and related tools.
- Formulate technical solutions for order-to-cash, distribution, logistics, and customer-service requirements.
- Communicate software and system designs using UML, Lucidchart, or other modeling tools.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Three years of experience in the job offered or a software-related occupation.
- Three years of experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, XML, CSS, Process Builder, Flow Management, Custom Settings, Workflow Rules, Triggers, Data Loader, Reports, Dashboards, REST APIs, and SOAP Web Services.
- Three years of experience developing Salesforce Experience Cloud customer and partner portals using Experience Builder, Lightning Web Components, Apex, Visualforce, CMS, custom components, and security and sharing configurations.
- Three years of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud features including Case Management, Email-to-Case, Omni-Channel, Knowledge Base, and Reporting and Analytics.
- Three years of experience with Salesforce deployment and migration tools including Copado, ANT Migration Tool, Salesforce CLI, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Three years of experience with SAFe Agile practices, Jira, Confluence, supply-chain processes, web services, data modeling, enterprise application integration, MuleSoft, Conga, and DocuSign.
