Responsibilities
- Lead the design of modern Finance solutions and future-state architectures.
- Define solution patterns, technology standards, architecture roadmaps, and technology decisions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities involving AI, data, automation, and modernization.
- Develop proofs of concept, conduct technology evaluations, and perform architecture experiments.
- Partner with business stakeholders to simplify processes, modernize platforms, and improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and architects to deliver secure, reliable, and maintainable solutions.
- Support delivery teams during implementation and help resolve complex technical challenges.
- Share technical knowledge, mentor team members, and promote architecture best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise solutions, including SAP S/4HANA, BTP, Integration Suite, and related SAP technologies supporting Finance capabilities.
- Strong understanding of solution architecture, integration patterns, APIs, cloud technologies, data platforms, and enterprise application ecosystems.
- Experience creating technology roadmaps, defining future-state architectures, and guiding technology decisions based on business value, scalability, security, maintainability, and cost.
- Hands-on experience developing proofs of concept, troubleshooting complex technical challenges, and working with engineering teams to validate and implement designs.
- Experience with architecture governance practices, architecture modeling, and technical decision records.
- Ability to translate business objectives into practical technical solutions and influence business and technology stakeholders.
- Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of AI-enabled solutions, automation technologies, and emerging technology trends is preferred.
- Full-stack troubleshooting and analysis experience in complex enterprise environments is preferred.
- Experience with Agile delivery models and close collaboration with product and engineering teams is preferred.
