Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of application design, development, and configuration activities.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact and contribute to the project’s technical direction.
- Make team decisions and provide solutions for the immediate team and multiple collaborating teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in application development.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentor team members.
- Oversee development progress and support timely delivery of project milestones.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Workday Prism Analytics.
- Proficiency in Workday Prism Analytics, Workday Core HCM, SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence, and Workday Core Integrations.
- Strong expertise in data integration and analytics within enterprise software environments.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software solutions tailored to business requirements.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in application development.
- Familiarity with software configuration management and version control practices.
- Mandatory Workday-related certification.
- 15 years of full-time education.
