Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for platform testing, validation, infrastructure provisioning, and deployment.
- Implement GitOps workflows covering branching, environment promotion, approval gates, and rollback patterns.
- Monitor and improve the health, performance, safety, and reliability of the delivery pipeline.
- Manage Terraform infrastructure-as-code, including modules, remote state, environment separation, and secrets handling.
- Operate Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm infrastructure, including stateful ClickHouse and Redis workloads.
- Create portable deployment and infrastructure patterns for Azure, other cloud providers, and on-premises environments.
- Partner with lead engineering and SRE teams on infrastructure decisions, operational runbooks, and recovery procedures.
- Document deployment processes, environment configuration, and onboarding guidance.
Requirements
- Experience creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines from commit through production.
- Experience with Terraform, including module design, state management, secrets handling, and environment separation.
- Experience with GitOps practices such as pull-request-driven deployments, environment promotion, and version-controlled configuration.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm, including stateful workloads.
- Experience managing secrets with HashiCorp Vault, Azure Key Vault, or an equivalent tool.
- Experience designing cloud infrastructure patterns that remain portable across providers or on-premises environments.
- Ability to communicate clearly with engineering and SRE teams about pipeline design, deployment state, and operational risk.
- Preferred experience with Azure compute, networking, storage, and identity and access management.
- Preferred experience with on-premises Kubernetes, hybrid cloud, AWS, GCP, OpenTelemetry, Grafana, ClickHouse, Cribl, or observability instrumentation for pipelines and infrastructure.
- Experience in a regulated, financial-services, or large-enterprise technology environment is desirable.
