Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI agents that improve productivity across multiple departments based on user requirements.
- Develop and integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation models.
- Fine-tune open-source models from Meta, Google, DeepSeek, and Nvidia.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business objectives.
- Integrate AI models into existing processes and systems.
- Research and implement current AI and machine learning best practices.
- Test, troubleshoot, and optimize AI systems for performance and reliability.
Requirements
- Pursuing a PhD or MS in Machine Learning and AI, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, and R.
- Strong understanding of TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Experience with RAG models and open-source AI tools.
- Familiarity with CAD software and design principles is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
