Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, configuration, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
- Provide technical leadership across Salesforce capabilities, custom development, integrations, and automation.
- Gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions with customers, project teams, and business stakeholders.
- Produce technical designs, architecture recommendations, and implementation plans.
- Design and deliver integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using APIs and integration platforms.
- Optimise platform performance and support ongoing enhancements and operational excellence.
- Contribute to solution governance, technical standards, and Salesforce platform roadmaps.
- Advise on Salesforce capabilities, emerging technologies, and innovation opportunities.
- Mentor team members and help resolve complex technical challenges.
- Promote security, compliance, data integrity, and platform governance best practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of Salesforce consulting, development, or technical delivery experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform capabilities.
- Experience delivering complex Salesforce implementations and enhancements.
- Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and Salesforce integrations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security models, and data management.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications and third-party platforms.
- Technical leadership experience in complex customer environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, customer relationship, stakeholder engagement, communication, presentation, planning, and documentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
- Preferred qualifications include Salesforce Platform Developer, Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Application Architect, or Salesforce System Architect certifications.
- Preferred experience includes MuleSoft or other integration platforms, enterprise or government Salesforce delivery, Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD pipelines, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and mentoring or people leadership.
