Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SAP data migration strategies, including data mapping, ETL, data cleansing, and data quality management.
- Manage SAP Master Data Governance solutions and maintain data mapping and process documentation.
- Integrate local applications with SAP systems using SAP Integration Suite and related integration tools.
- Gather and analyse business requirements and design system enhancements aligned with business architecture.
- Plan and execute SAP implementation and rollout projects, including configuration, testing, data transfer, and end-user training.
- Perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing and support transition to new systems.
- Provide ongoing production support, monitor system performance, maintain uptime, and manage incidents and changes.
- Adapt business processes for new locations and provide support and training to end users and support teams.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of SAP FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, HR/HCM, PM, PS, and LE modules.
- Strong understanding of SAP three-tier architecture, SAP NetWeaver, SAP HANA, SAP Fiori, and SAP Solution Manager.
- Proficiency in data governance, data integration, data quality management, master data management, and data migration.
- Proven experience planning and executing SAP rollout projects, including configuration, migration, testing, and training.
- Extensive experience implementing SAP solutions, including system configuration, integration, and testing.
- Proficiency with SAP Data Services and ETL tools such as Syniti.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA data migration and implementation projects.
- Experience with SAP Integration Suite and other integration tools.
- Experience managing long-term customer engagements and delivering successful outcomes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience providing production support and maintaining system uptime.
