Responsibilities
- Develop software platforms for large-scale systems.
- Build or support data management solutions.
- Develop machine learning model training and inference solutions for KLA products.
- Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to formulate solutions to complex data and software challenges.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Be a master’s-level degree student or PhD candidate.
- Have hands-on software development experience in Python, C++, C#, or Java.
- Demonstrate a deep conceptual understanding of multithreaded and multiprocess software systems.
- Have familiarity with machine learning and deep learning solutions.
- Preferred experience includes data structures and algorithms, Random Forest, XGBoost, Logistic Regression, deep learning for regression, classification and generative models, TensorFlow, PyTorch, NumPy, scikit-learn, distributed systems, distributed computing infrastructure, cloud technologies, GPU architectures, and data management.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Benefits
- Base pay is $22.10-$42.50 per hour, based on pursuit of a bachelor’s, master’s, or Ph.D.
- Primary location is Austin, Texas, USA.
