Responsibilities
- Productionize ML models end to end, from training pipelines through live integration and measured business impact.
- Build and mature Relay’s ML platform, including model-serving architecture and reusable components.
- Establish standards for shipping ML across the organization.
- Integrate system testing into training pipelines, automate releases, and implement model drift monitoring.
- Partner with data scientists to launch revamped processes and measure their real-world impact on the logistics network.
- Work across unfamiliar codebases and languages to deploy models into live systems.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience deploying and operating models in production.
- Four years of experience building software on high-performing teams.
- Ability to work effectively in unfamiliar codebases and languages.
- Strong technical fundamentals, automation skills, entrepreneurial drive, and an ownership-oriented approach.
