Responsibilities

  • Own features end to end, from user conversations and product specifications through implementation, documentation, launch, and changelog publication.
  • Build across the full stack, including React frontend experiences, Next.js backend functionality, ClickHouse analytics, Python and TypeScript SDKs, documentation, and Terraform modules.
  • Talk with users through calls, community channels, and support requests to inform product decisions.
  • Write public documentation for owned features and present shipped work during Launch Weeks.
  • Manage projects independently, propose solutions through RFCs, and take ownership of a product area.
  • Collaborate with the ClickHouse team and contribute to reliable, performant systems that process large volumes of LLM data.

Requirements

  • Experience building and shipping user-facing features or entire products end to end.
  • Experience ideally using TypeScript and React, with exposure to data-intensive backends.
  • Ability to independently manage projects and develop conviction about what to build and how to ship it.
  • Strong interest in API design, user-interface details, clear documentation, developer experience, and open source software.
  • Genuine interest in speaking with developers about their problems and working effectively in a small, accountable team.
  • A computer science or quantitative degree is preferred.
  • Experience with ClickHouse, analytics databases, or complex data visualizations is a bonus.
  • Former founder or early startup experience, contributions to popular open source projects, and an ML/AI background or familiarity with the LLM framework ecosystem are bonuses.
