Base Salary
$192k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Learn operational workflows through observation, interviews, and data before designing software solutions.
- Ship production-quality AI tools used weekly by business or clinical teams.
- Own software outcomes end to end and support tools with usage telemetry.
- Use coding agents to specify, test, and review implementation output with rigorous test sets and evaluations.
- Apply privacy-by-design practices, including synthetic or masked data and separation of clinical content from operational tools.
- Build reusable software building blocks from successful team implementations.
- Coach non-engineering team members to adopt and operate software workflows independently.
- Develop measurement frameworks for cost, usage, and impact when needed.
- Integrate AI with complex business platforms and imperfect data or APIs.
- Migrate systems across LLM models to optimize cost while maintaining quality guardrails.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience shipping production-quality consumer or business software systems.
- End-to-end ownership of software outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience shipping tools or products used weekly by customers or business teams, supported by usage telemetry.
- Deep experience discovering customer or operational needs through observation, interviews, or data.
- Daily experience using coding agents and applying rigorous evaluation practices.
- Experience with privacy-by-design standards, including synthetic or masked data and isolation of clinical content from operational tools.
- Preferred: experience building custom measurement frameworks for cost, usage, and impact.
- Preferred: prior forward-deployed work with non-engineering business teams or external customer organizations.
- Preferred: practical experience optimizing costs across different LLM models while maintaining quality guardrails.
- Preferred: experience integrating AI with complex business platforms such as CRM, billing, or scheduling systems.
- Preferred: experience coaching non-engineering team members to build or adopt software workflows independently.
