Responsibilities
- Automate infrastructure and platform management for cloud-native applications.
- Improve coding practices, development workflows, engineering standards, and department best practices.
- Pilot technologies and approaches that support highly available, resilient applications.
- Automate repetitive tasks and improve engineering efficiency.
- Improve CI/CD deployment workflows, automation, and release reliability.
- Collaborate with engineers and partners, share knowledge, and support Agile practices.
- Contribute to recruiting, mentorship, team growth, and technical development.
- Advance modern DevOps capabilities through continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, information technology, mathematics, or another technical or quantitative discipline.
- At least 3 years of software experience developing cloud-native applications and services.
- Strong programming and scripting skills in Java or Python.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
- Practical understanding of building, automating, and supporting reliable software delivery processes.
- Preferred experience includes DevSecOps automation, AWS, Azure, GCP, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, or SRE operations.
