Responsibilities
- Design and maintain fleet-management systems for software updates and lifecycle coordination across production workstations and industrial compute nodes.
- Develop automated deployment solutions for test benches and IIoT devices using Docker, Docker Compose, and Portainer.
- Implement and maintain GitHub Actions or GitLab CI pipelines for automation tools and inspection software.
- Use Docker Bake and Ansible to create reproducible, recoverable configurations for test benches and workstations.
- Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality teams on reliable, secure, and maintainable automation solutions.
Requirements
- MSc in Software, Electrical, Computer Science, or a related engineering field.
- At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience focused on infrastructure, DevOps, or industrial automation.
- Expert Python skills for scripting, automation, and deployment tooling.
- Hands-on experience deploying software at scale with Docker and orchestration tools.
- Experience with Ansible for workstation configuration or IoT platforms such as AWS IoT Greengrass for distributed industrial assets.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
