Responsibilities
- Write blog posts on technologies integrated with Pantheon.
- Own the quality of technical content and drive documentation efforts.
- Advise individual customers in one-on-one discussions.
- Record video tutorials and prepare webinars and workshops.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear language for diverse users.
- Participate in community discussions both online and offline.
- Speak at conferences about best practices.
- Oversee open source projects maintained by Pantheon.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to prioritize upcoming features.
- Provide early feedback on forthcoming features.
- Lead team discussions and mentor fellow team members.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in web development.
- Significant experience creating technical content for developers.
- Experience building and maintaining high-quality Next.js sites.
- Experience authoring and maintaining npm packages.
- Proven public communication skills through presentations and blog posts.
- Familiarity with trends in web architectures and JavaScript frameworks.
- Ability to build cross-functional partnerships.
- Comfort engaging with customers via video calls and conferences.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with open source collaboration tools.
