Responsibilities

Act as the technical lead and owner of technical aspects throughout the product lifecycle.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Contribute to solution architecture and ensure alignment with functional, non-functional, IT, security, and technology standards.
Lead the build, deployment, and operational support of custom-developed solutions based primarily on Microsoft technologies such as .NET.
Manage integration and adaptation of off-the-shelf software solutions within the wider IT landscape.
Perform fit-gap analyses and support RFI/RFP, technical evaluation, and software selection processes.
Coordinate delivery and operational activities with internal platforms, suppliers, Product Owners, developers, testers, and business stakeholders.
Monitor supplier performance, incidents, problems, maintenance, SLAs, and KPIs, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Contribute to product roadmaps, supplier management, license discussions, and SLA definition.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in software development, software integration, and/or solution management.
Knowledge of enterprise software solutions, preferably in Asset Management or Grid Asset Management.
Strong knowledge of .NET, Visual Studio, and SQL Server.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Docker or similar containerization technologies, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures.
Experience with fit-gap analysis, requirements definition, and software selection processes.
Understanding of software architecture principles, security standards, compliance requirements, and IT service management processes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with multidisciplinary business and technical teams.
Fluency in Dutch and/or French and strong command of English.
Experience in the electricity sector is considered a plus.
