Responsibilities
- Design, analyze, and certify software applications.
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks using Java, Swift, or comparable object-oriented languages.
- Test APIs, web services, web applications, and Mac, iOS, and iPadOS native applications.
- Perform feature testing, root-cause analysis, debugging, and log scanning to improve customer experience.
- Conduct load, resiliency, performance, security, accessibility, and AI/ML application testing.
- Collaborate with software engineers, project and product managers, designers, and internal and external partners.
- Use AI agents, MCP servers, and LLM-powered tools to accelerate test automation and engineering workflows.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in software quality assurance testing.
- At least 5 years of practical automation experience with Java, Swift, or another object-oriented language.
- Experience testing APIs, web services, web applications, or Mac/iOS/iPadOS native applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with Core Java, Karate, RestAssured, Playwright or Selenium, and Appium or XCUI, or similar frameworks.
- Experience designing and developing automation framework architecture.
- Expertise with quality engineering processes, tools, and metrics.
- Experience with Maven or Gradle and Git repositories.
- Experience with software build tools, CI/CD integrations, deployment processes, and code quality checking tools.
- Experience testing microservices and cloud-based applications.
- Experience with load, resiliency, and performance testing, including JMeter, Gatling, or Locust.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS or GCP and containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
- Working knowledge of building AI-related systems such as MCP servers, AI agents, agentic workflows, or LLM-powered tools and integrations.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
