Responsibilities
- Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in Industry 4.0 and other cutting-edge domains.
- Translate strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps.
- Drive rapid implementation from prototype to production.
- Architect scalable solutions and deliver critical milestones.
- Help position the new department for rapid growth and a potential spin-off.
Requirements
- Have proven domain expertise and a high-agency builder mindset.
- Demonstrate the drive to take extreme end-to-end ownership.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocation or remote arrangements.
