Responsibilities
- Design and architect product building blocks for the r2cOnline and 1link product ecosystem.
- Drive alignment with the architectural roadmap and contribute to Digital and Technology strategy execution.
- Write excellent, extensible code and build reusable components using development best practices.
- Design and implement solutions for storing and displaying complex data.
- Develop and deploy applications as part of an agile development team aligned with business needs.
- Apply TDD and BDD approaches to software development.
- Advise Product Owners on solution alternatives by balancing technical limitations with operational realities.
- Mentor and coach software engineers and provide technical leadership to less experienced team members.
- Contribute to engineering communities, continuous improvement, and a productive development environment.
- Support recruitment for growing and ongoing team needs.
- Introduce AI-driven enhancements and support AI-assisted engineering practices where they provide measurable value.
- Collaborate with internal teams, partner suppliers, designers, and other software engineers.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software development experience.
- Demonstrable software development experience in a SaaS-oriented environment.
- Experience delivering agile software development using appropriate tools.
- Understanding of DevOps, DevSecOps, architectural boundaries, and iterative development.
- Experience with AWS native services, Azure, Azure FaaS, microservices, and .NET Core.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Confluence, GitHub, and related development tools.
- Experience with the listed .NET, C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, React.js, Redux, SQL Server, testing, deployment, and development technologies.
- Ability to provide technical leadership, coach engineers, own issues, solve problems, and communicate complex technical topics to different audiences.
- Ability to gather customer feedback, build effective working relationships, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and judgment about when to use them.
