Responsibilities
- Own the design and evolution of packaged or SaaS solutions.
- Manage platform configuration, system integrations, and release processes.
- Define and enforce best practices and standards for platform configuration and integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support seamless deployments and release management.
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to packaged or SaaS solutions.
- Monitor platform performance and implement improvements for reliability and efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Participate actively in team discussions and develop subject-matter expertise.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience with the Axway API Management Platform.
- Experience designing and managing integrations within API management environments.
- Strong knowledge of platform configuration and release management processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex packaged or SaaS solution issues.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and stability assurance for enterprise platforms.
- 15 years of full-time education.
