Responsibilities
- Improve the reliability, intelligence, and cost efficiency of production AI agents.
- Identify repetitive manual work and automate it with agent workflows.
- Understand business processes, design and build end-to-end agent flows, and iterate with users.
- Debug traces and failed tool calls, fix code, and ship improvements.
- Work closely with operations and technology teams to identify and deliver valuable automations quickly.
Requirements
- Currently studying at a strong university, ideally in computer science, machine learning, or engineering.
- Hands-on experience building AI agents beyond basic prompting or AI-assisted coding.
- Experience with Claude Code or Codex, tool calls, streaming, and agent teams.
- Ability to work comfortably in TypeScript and/or Python and contribute to an existing codebase.
- Experience with LangGraph, Claude Agent SDK, MCP, vector databases, RAG, evaluations, or serious agent side projects is advantageous.
- Strong initiative, judgment regarding product quality, and ability to communicate technical behavior and failures to technical and non-technical audiences.
- A portfolio of substantial side projects is preferred.
