Responsibilities
- Build, update, and maintain responsive websites and landing pages using Zoho Sites, approved website builders, content management systems, and low-code platforms.
- Implement approved templates, layouts, copy, and images while making HTML, CSS, and JavaScript adjustments.
- Test pages, forms, links, layouts, styling, scripts, integrations, browser compatibility, accessibility, loading performance, and technical SEO.
- Configure CRM lead-capture and follow-up workflows and connect websites, CRMs, email platforms, and business systems using integrations, APIs, or webhooks.
- Configure Zoho Social and other marketing platforms, and upload and schedule supplied content and graphics.
- Support simple supervised AI assistants, agents, and workflow automations, including testing, troubleshooting, and internal process improvements.
- Document website changes, configurations, workflows, dependencies, testing, and handover or recovery steps.
- Protect passwords, API keys, and client data; obtain approval before production releases; and communicate progress, blockers, and delays.
Requirements
- Three years of relevant commercial experience in web development, website implementation, or a related technical role involving website work.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with the ability to adapt and troubleshoot website code.
- Hands-on experience with website builders, content management systems, or low-code platforms such as Zoho Sites, WordPress, or comparable tools.
- Understanding of APIs, webhooks, JSON, and how websites exchange information with other systems.
- Ability to diagnose website issues and test changes across common browsers and screen sizes.
- Basic understanding of AI tools and interest in practical automation and AI-assisted implementation; advanced AI engineering experience is not required.
- Strong written and spoken English, including the ability to identify spelling, grammar, and content errors.
- Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, research, organization, attention to detail, and ability to follow documented procedures.
- Preferred experience includes Zoho applications, Make, Zapier, n8n, CRM workflows, form-to-CRM connections, digital marketing platforms, practical AI applications, technical SEO, secure credential management, and supporting international clients.
- Candidates are encouraged to provide website examples, code samples, or related implementation work; automation and AI samples are welcome but not mandatory.
- Availability for Brisbane business hours and access to a fast, reliable internet connection.
