Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Customize SAP HCM Payroll modules to align with organizational policies.
- Manage payroll processing and compliance within SAP environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex payroll-related issues.
- Integrate payroll systems with other human capital management components.
- Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with multiple teams.
- Make team decisions and contribute to decisions across teams.
- Lead process improvement efforts within the team.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience is required; the additional information specifies a minimum of 8 years in SAP HCM Payroll.
- Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll is required.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and compliance within SAP environments.
- Experience customizing payroll modules to align with organizational policies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex payroll-related issues.
- Familiarity with integrating payroll systems with other human capital management components.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
