Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end deployment of validated customer solutions through implementation, integration, testing, and production acceptance.
- Work directly with customer engineers and operators to integrate workloads, understand operational constraints, and resolve deployment blockers.
- Productionize, optimize, test, and deploy DSP, RF, communications, and other compute-intensive pipelines on GPUs, FPGAs, and other accelerators.
- Profile, debug, and tune systems for latency, throughput, memory, and power across heterogeneous compute environments.
- Debug issues spanning algorithms, software, hardware, and toolchains.
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Solutions Architects, product, and core engineering to resolve field issues and improve reusable platform capabilities.
- Build reusable deployment patterns and playbooks covering integration, testing, observability, and operations.
- Support on-site deployments and remain accountable for reliable customer delivery.
Requirements
- Experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or applied algorithm development.
- Strong programming ability in at least one of Python, C++, CUDA, Matlab, VHDL, Verilog, or Rust.
- Hands-on experience with GPU programming, FPGA development, embedded systems, or edge-computing environments.
- Experience with compute-intensive workloads such as DSP, RF, communications, or computer vision.
- Experience optimizing and deploying software on specialized or constrained hardware.
- Ability to debug complex systems across software and hardware boundaries and operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
- Comfort working directly with customers, communicating technical concepts clearly, and spending significant time embedded with customer teams.
- Experience delivering software or systems in defense, aerospace, industrial, or other mission-critical environments.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance; some assignments may require an active Top Secret clearance.
- At least 5 years of experience for the Senior track, 7 years for the Staff track, or 10 years for the Principal track.
