Responsibilities
- Build agentic AI applications with tools, skills, prompts, planners, memory, and evaluation loops.
- Implement RAG services covering ingestion, chunking, embeddings, indexing, vector databases, observability, and guardrails.
- Integrate enterprise APIs, event streams, and data sources with error handling, retries, and fallbacks.
- Write clean, testable software and CI/CD pipelines, including unit and integration tests.
- Implement offline and online evaluations, red-team scenarios, and content and action safety boundaries.
- Rapidly prototype, demonstrate solutions, communicate trade-offs, and translate business needs into practical AI applications.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong computer science and software engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and AI APIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build end-to-end applications and integrate AI into existing systems.
- Visible portfolio of AI projects showing experimentation and rapid iteration.
- Proficiency in at least two of Python, TypeScript/Node.js, and Java.
- Ability to learn quickly, prototype rapidly, and communicate technical results clearly.
- Preferred experience with C#/.NET, Go, Rust, SQL, Bash, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, vector databases, testing frameworks, containers, serverless technologies, and cloud SDKs.
