Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and enhancement of AI-powered Copilot agents and connect them to SharePoint, Azure DevOps, support documentation, and knowledge repositories.
- Develop, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize Power Automate workflows connecting SharePoint, Azure DevOps, Microsoft 365, and other enterprise systems.
- Develop SharePoint-based business applications, service request portals, forms, dashboards, and self-service features.
- Develop and maintain integrations between SharePoint and Azure DevOps for requests, tickets, approvals, status updates, and workflow activities.
- Design Power BI dashboards and operational reports covering support workload, ticket aging, service performance, automation impact, and AI initiatives.
- Maintain centralized support knowledge repositories and document solutions, workflows, development standards, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams while learning enterprise software development, system integration, analytics, and automation practices.
Requirements
- Be exclusively enrolled in a university degree program and currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Have completed at least one to two years of undergraduate studies.
- Have basic programming knowledge and a strong interest in software development, automation, AI, analytics, or enterprise applications.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to learn technologies quickly.
- Have professional English proficiency; French is considered a strong asset.
- Be able to meet security clearance, system-access authorization, and Canadian Controlled Goods Program requirements throughout the internship.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, Azure DevOps, Copilot Studio, data modelling, business intelligence, dashboard development, prompt engineering, knowledge management, search and retrieval, programming, system integration, automation, or data visualization is an asset.
