Base Salary
$150k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with customers to understand and improve clean energy finance workflows.
- Build 0-to-1 products, beginning with AI-enabled diligence solutions.
- Develop end-to-end frontend and backend product features.
- Help select the tools and frameworks used by the engineering team.
- Co-design the processes and systems used to ship high-quality AI products.
- Raise the bar for Crux’s engineering culture and help define its AI product development framework.
Requirements
- At least four years of full-stack software engineering experience with the ability to build products end-to-end across frontend and backend.
- Proven experience building and shipping user-facing LLM products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Next.js, React, and TypeScript experience is a bonus.
- Experience making UX decisions is a bonus.
- Experience iterating on products through evaluations and CI/CD is a bonus.
- Experience building effective AI agents, startup experience, hackathons, or side projects is advantageous.
