Responsibilities
- Engage stakeholders to identify business challenges, desired outcomes, and opportunities for meaningful AI value.
- Assess business value, data availability, technical feasibility, delivery complexity, and risks for potential AI initiatives.
- Translate business needs into use cases, solution concepts, high-level architectures, success criteria, and delivery approaches.
- Evaluate and present technology, platform, vendor, and development options, including their benefits, limitations, and trade-offs.
- Lead initiatives from exploration and prototyping through production readiness, implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Develop prototypes and targeted technical experiments while guiding multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, data, security, privacy, quality, responsible AI, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, engineering, business analytics, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience designing or delivering predictive, prescriptive, generative, or autonomous AI solutions in an industry, technology consulting, or business environment.
- Hands-on experience with Python and technologies such as language models, intelligent agent frameworks, search technologies, data processing, and vector or graph databases.
- Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clear, feasible, and valuable technology solutions.
- Experience engaging business stakeholders and coordinating small multidisciplinary teams across multiple initiatives.
- Strong communication skills for explaining complex concepts, architectural choices, and technology trade-offs to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Autonomous, collaborative, and proactive working style with a commitment to responsible and ethical AI practices.
