Base Salary
$175k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead complex AI-driven Taktile deployments in production across multiple customer engagements.
- Scope agentic AI use cases, design solution architectures, develop decision logic, and deploy production-grade generative AI agents.
- Manage scope, delivery sequencing, blockers, and trade-offs between speed, quality, and project scope.
- Partner with product management to translate customer needs into actionable product insights and roadmap influence.
- Create reusable resources, best practices, and tools to scale the forward deployed engineering function.
- Align with customer stakeholders while delivering a strong customer experience and rapid time to value.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of engineering or technical deployment experience involving customer-facing work.
- Strong technical background, preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science.
- Production-grade Python and SQL development and code review experience.
- Strong command of REST API design and integrations.
- Ability to break down complex problems and make well-informed decisions under pressure.
- Strong relationship-building skills with technical and business stakeholders.
- Collaborative, curious, customer-centric approach across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
- Preferred: 4–6 years as a Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Implementation Specialist, or equivalent in a B2B SaaS company.
- Preferred: experience building AI applications in financial services.
- Preferred: experience applying and optimizing statistical and machine learning models for business problems.
- Preferred: experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
