Responsibilities
- Design and deliver AI-driven solutions using Generative AI and Agentic AI to automate processes and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows.
- Provide application support by diagnosing and resolving incidents across critical business systems.
- Perform proactive monitoring and maintenance to support application reliability and performance.
- Document solutions, share knowledge, and contribute to application-support best practices.
- Communicate with stakeholders, provide issue-resolution updates, and contribute to team discussions and problem solving.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Experience with incident management and service request fulfillment processes.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies, modern programming languages and frameworks, and the ITIL framework.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
