Responsibilities
- Ship frontend pages, backend services, and data pipelines across the full stack.
- Build backend systems supporting growth features such as referral programs.
- Set up tracking, write queries, build dashboards, and analyze user funnels.
- Make independent product decisions based on usage data and target outcomes.
- Scope, ship, instrument, evaluate, and scale or discontinue growth experiments.
- Context-switch across codebases while maintaining development speed.
Requirements
- Full-stack engineering ability across polished frontend pages and backend services.
- Ability to ship quickly, operate with broad direction, and prioritize small experiments that generate useful signal.
- Independently own goals, implementation, and measurement without relying on detailed tickets or constant supervision.
- Ability to write SQL, configure event tracking, build dashboards, analyze funnels, and form data-driven hypotheses.
- Familiarity with LLMs and the broader AI ecosystem.
- Preferred experience with PostHog, Snowflake, or similar analytics and data warehouse tools.
- Preferred experience building or maintaining ETL pipelines.
- Preferred prior growth engineering or product engineering experience at a startup.
- Experience building something that gained traction, participation in the AI community, or a meaningful side project is a plus.
