Responsibilities
- Design and evolve the Shreddit web platform’s architecture and performance.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-service initiatives.
- Collaborate with feature teams and other platform teams to enhance web experience.
- Mentor and coach other engineers through design reviews and documentation.
- Contribute to the web platform strategy and roadmap.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering experience with cross-functional project leadership.
- Deep experience with modern web platform engineering, including TypeScript/JavaScript and Node.js.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
- Proven track record in enabling a testing culture and improving system resiliency.
- A mindset focused on continuous improvement and learning.
