Responsibilities
- Develop across Embedded C, C#, Golang, and REST APIs while supporting multiple disciplines.
- Maintain existing firmware and software, including hardware-in-the-loop testing and performance enhancements.
- Perform bug fixes, enhancements, and environment support across DEV, QA, and PROD.
- Analyze logs, scripts, and utilities to identify inconsistencies, performance issues, and system risks.
- Implement server-side customizations, handlers, business logic, and backend processing for enterprise integrations.
- Align deployed configurations with GitHub repositories across environments.
- Apply DevOps practices for logging, configuration, and environment alignment.
- Create technical, project, root cause analysis, functional specification, technical design, and deployment documentation.
- Ensure changes comply with PLM processes and remain audit-ready.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Requirements
- Experience supporting and developing firmware and software across multiple disciplines.
- Proficiency with Embedded C, C#, and Golang, along with familiarity with REST APIs.
- Experience with hardware-in-the-loop testing, application maintenance, debugging, and performance improvement.
- Basic proficiency in SQL and database querying.
- Understanding of end-to-end PLM lifecycle processes and willingness to develop PLM and license utilization optimization expertise.
- Ability to analyze logs, scripts, and utilities and apply structured problem-solving.
- Ability to work with server-side customizations, handlers, business logic, backend processing, and GitHub-based configuration alignment.
- Strong ownership, accountability, cross-functional collaboration, communication, standardization, governance, and continuous-improvement skills.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to support daily tasks, problem-solving, and workflow optimization.
