Base Salary
$153k - $197k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and scale test automation infrastructure, including frameworks, runners, orchestration services, workflow integrations, and supporting systems.
- Develop AI-enabled tooling for test authoring, selection, execution, maintenance, and failure triage.
- Build systems connecting test planning, selection, execution, and failure analysis.
- Improve test stability, observability, debugging, diagnosis, and maintenance across Roblox’s test ecosystem.
- Integrate automated quality checks and actionable test feedback into development and CI/CD workflows.
- Own technical initiatives from problem definition and design through production deployment, adoption, measurement, and improvement.
- Collaborate with application, platform, QA, infrastructure, and developer productivity teams.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience building large-scale backend or infrastructure systems.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as C#, Go, Python, or a similar language.
- Understanding of high-QPS, low-latency systems is a plus.
- Experience with infrastructure or performance-critical backend systems is a plus.
- Ability to solve open-ended problems, understand complex systems, collaborate across teams, and drive solutions.
