Responsibilities

  • Design, engineer, and support enterprise identity and access management solutions.
  • Develop automation and scripting solutions to improve operational efficiency and strengthen security controls.
  • Implement identity integrations using SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP, and SCIM.
  • Support enterprise directory services, cloud identity platforms, and hybrid identity architectures.
  • Design and manage PKI, MFA, certificate services, and privileged access solutions.
  • Implement RBAC, entitlement management, role engineering, role mining, and access provisioning processes.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve the reliability, performance, and resiliency of identity infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity and business and technology stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable identity capabilities.
  • Support Zero Trust security principles and participate in design, testing, deployment, and operational support activities.

Requirements

  • Experience working in large, complex technology environments and leading efforts addressing identity, access control, and security challenges.
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management, authentication, authorization, federation, lifecycle management, and governance.
  • Hands-on experience with LDAP, Active Directory, Entra ID, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
  • Experience with RBAC, entitlement management, role engineering, role mining, and access provisioning.
  • Knowledge of PKI, certificate lifecycle management, MFA, and privileged access solutions.
  • Experience developing automation and scripting solutions using PowerShell, Python, or similar technologies.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and AWS, including cloud-native identity services.
  • Experience with Ansible, Terraform, or similar infrastructure automation and configuration management platforms.
  • Experience supporting highly available, scalable, and fault-tolerant enterprise systems.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred experience with IGA platforms, CyberArk or other PAM solutions, Zero Trust architecture, enterprise certificate services, secrets management, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud-native security and identity solutions.
