Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, extend, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions.
- Build integrations between Dynamics 365 F&O, warehouse management, order management, marketplace, product catalog, finance, reporting, and external API systems.
- Develop APIs, OData services, custom services, Data Entities, workflows, batch jobs, and SSRS/Power BI reports.
- Support ERP workflows for finance, supply chain, inventory, warehouse management, procurement, sales, and order management.
- Optimize high-volume transactions, database queries, batch jobs, and integration endpoints.
- Troubleshoot production issues, integration failures, data mismatches, posting errors, and synchronization gaps.
- Maintain engineering standards through Git, release management, technical documentation, and delivery pipelines.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of ERP development experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations technical development.
- Strong knowledge of X++, Visual Studio, extensions, event handlers, Chain of Command, Data Entities, OData, and DMF.
- Experience with REST APIs, enterprise integration patterns, performance tuning, and SQL-based data validation.
- Understanding of ERP processes across finance, supply chain, inventory, warehouse management, procurement, and sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Microsoft MB-500 certification is a bonus.
- Experience with AWS-hosted services, RabbitMQ, Redis, Datadog, or CloudWatch is a bonus.
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, marketplace, grocery, logistics, or high-volume warehouse operations is a bonus.
