$152k - $244k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with account managers and channel partners to enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer business drivers and decision-making processes.
- Create customer-facing content for AI and HPC opportunities.
- Advise leadership on strategies to enhance AI and HPC knowledge within the organization.
- Lead customer-facing calls, demos, and solution-focused activities.
- Connect technology solutions to measurable customer business outcomes.
- Refine sales strategies and take command of technical responsibilities.
- Provide post-sales assistance with expert-level knowledge around solutions.
- Capture customer requirements and translate them into innovative solutions.
- Contribute to responses for RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in the data center field with hands-on experience in storage, networking, cloud, HPC, and AI architectures.
- Technical pre-sales experience is required.
- Strong acumen in the Datacenter space with knowledge of industry AI frameworks.
- Deep understanding of high-performance, low-latency compute solutions.
- Self-motivated individual with an ownership mindset.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM and opportunity management systems, preferably Salesforce.com.
- Ability to travel throughout the territories as required.
