Responsibilities
- Own the design and evolution of packaged or SaaS solutions, including configuration, integrations, and releases.
- Set platform standards for stability, performance, maintainability, and alignment with business and vendor constraints.
- Provide enterprise architecture strategy, technical advisory support, and cross-functional leadership.
- Drive architectural decisions, consensus, and enterprise-wide strategies across multiple teams and systems.
- Evaluate, adopt, and integrate emerging technologies, AI-native stacks, LLMs, and cloud platforms.
- Design and integrate knowledge base systems into enterprise solutions.
- Apply AI-led SDLC and AI-based solutioning to improve delivery speed and quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 15 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture Strategy is specified.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Proven ability to design scalable, business-aligned software architectures.
- Hands-on experience with modern development frameworks and agile methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and deliver strategic architectural solutions.
- Experience collaborating across teams on software integration and enterprise architecture.
- Hands-on programming expertise in at least two to three languages, such as Java, Python, and C#.
- Experience with AI-native development using one or more Large Language Models and AI-native stacks.
- Experience with knowledge base systems and AI-led SDLC and solutioning.
- Cloud architecture expertise across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform in multi-cloud environments.
