Base Salary

$132k - $246k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Develop AI and machine learning software on an agile Scrum team.
  • Apply optimization, signal processing, control theory, training strategies, probabilistic modeling, neural network, classification, and dimensionality-reduction techniques.
  • Support software efforts involving mission-management systems and other technical tools and systems.
  • Contribute to a significant software program with broad mission impact.

Requirements

  • Principal level: bachelor's degree in Computer Science or another STEM-related field with 5+ years of experience, master's degree with 3+ years, or PhD with 1 year.
  • Senior Principal level: bachelor's degree in Computer Science or another STEM-related field with 8+ years of software development experience, master's degree with 6 years, or PhD with 4 years.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance with a Counterintelligence Polygraph; U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Demonstrated expertise in AI/ML techniques and a strong applied mathematics background.
  • Experience with MATLAB, Python, or R and preferably Git.
  • Preferred qualifications include active TS/SCI clearance, mission-management algorithms, RF-processing algorithms, distributed algorithms, GPU programming, deployment tools, the Proliferated Mission Management framework, GnuRadio, or X-Midas.
