Responsibilities

Leverage Google Cloud’s Vertex AI products to maintain and enhance the 'Copilot' agent feature.
Integrate additional Impact or external APIs to enhance the agent's capabilities.
Enhance the agent’s analytics capabilities with new data set integrations.
Add more context to the agent's search index to improve knowledge.
Create tools and processes for monitoring the agent’s answer quality.
Utilize reinforcement learning and other methods to tune the model.
Evaluate new LLMs for potential integration with the agent.
Collaborate with full stack engineers to deploy new features in the user interface.
Work with product managers to identify and implement new features.
Interface with the Google solutions team for support and feature requests.
Stay updated on AI and machine learning advancements.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Understanding of LLM/GPT concepts.
Proficiency in prompt engineering and Python.
Experience with data visualization tools and SQL query writing.
Familiarity with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus.
Experience in Google Cloud Platform is a plus.
Proficiency in Javascript/Typescript or Java/Scala is a plus.
Experience in the marketing/advertising industry is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to business needs.
At least 1 year of experience in Generative AI or demonstrable personal projects.
