
GenAI Engineer - Product Marketing & Adoption

Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance the Copilot agent using Google Cloud Vertex AI products.
- Integrate Impact.com and external APIs through function calling or actions.
- Add analytics integrations that expose additional datasets.
- Add context to the agent’s search index to improve its knowledge and retrieval-augmented generation capabilities.
- Create monitoring tools and processes and monitor the quality and correctness of agent answers.
- Tune models using RLHF, adapter tuning, prompts, examples, and context.
- Evaluate new LLMs as they become available.
- Collaborate with a full-stack engineer to expose new user-interface features and deploy agent or content-generation capabilities throughout the applications.
- Work with product managers to identify features, estimate effort, prototype, implement, and deploy enhancements.
- Interface with Google’s solutions team regarding documentation gaps, bugs, feature requests, and product evaluations.
- Stay current with advances in AI and machine learning and explore techniques that improve product offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Understanding of LLM and GPT concepts and proficiency in prompt engineering.
- Proficiency with Python.
- At least 1 year of generative AI experience or extensive and demonstrable personal projects.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker and/or SQL query writing.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Apache MLlib, or Scikit-learn is a plus.
- Experience in Google Cloud Platform is a plus.
- Proficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or Scala is a plus.
- Marketing or advertising industry experience is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Previous startup or fast-paced environment experience is a plus.
- Affiliate & Partnerships Industry Fundamentals Certification by PXA is a nice-to-have.
