Responsibilities
- Own regional planning, execution, operational governance, stability, scalability, and service delivery for GAIP across Asia.
- Translate global GAIP architecture and roadmaps into Asia-ready implementation and operational plans.
- Coordinate collaboration among global GAIP teams, Asia IT, data, security, risk, compliance, and business stakeholders.
- Oversee GAIP access control, data security, privacy controls, identity and access management, encryption, and audit readiness.
- Organize technical support, incident response, issue triage, escalations, health monitoring, and resolution of performance, connectivity, stability, and scalability issues.
- Coordinate platform implementation, regional rollout sequencing, maintenance, upgrades, and change readiness across Asia markets.
- Promote reusable patterns, inner-source components, platform standards, platform engineering, DevOps/MLOps, observability, developer productivity, reliability, and compliance.
- Establish and lead the GAIP Asia Center of Excellence for platform expertise, standards, enablement, governance, and scaled adoption.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in software or platform engineering with leadership experience on enterprise-scale platforms.
- Strong background in distributed systems, cloud-native platforms, and AI/ML infrastructure.
- Experience operating in regulated environments involving security, data governance, and compliance.
- Proven ability to work across global and regional teams and manage complex stakeholder landscapes.
- Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
- Experience supporting AI platforms, multi-agent systems, or MLOps capabilities in production.
- Familiarity with responsible AI, model governance, and audit requirements.
- Experience in financial services or insurance environments is advantageous.
