Responsibilities
- Automate ISSO/ISSE security compliance, testing, and continuous monitoring for an IL5 multi-cloud environment.
- Automate ACAS/Tenable Security Center, Nessus, SCAP Compliance Checker, and Trellix Policy Auditor STIG compliance scanning.
- Develop Tricentis SAP and Mendix regression automation and integrate SonarQube quality gates into CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement GitLab CI/CD security gates, Terraform and CloudFormation validation, and AWS Security Hub integrations.
- Develop Splunk ES queries, Splunk SOAR playbooks, and ESCU detection rules with automated response targets.
- Automate eMASS evidence uploads, AWS Config conformance packs, AWS Audit Manager controls, and CORA evidence pipelines.
Requirements
- Interim Secret clearance is required.
- Requires a DoD 8140 foundational intermediate 671 System Testing & Evaluation Specialist certification or one of the listed alternatives: CEH, CFR, Cloud+, GSEC, PenTest+, Security+, or SSCP.
- Requires 4+ years of experience in security automation, compliance testing, or DevSecOps.
- Experience with ACAS/Tenable Security Center, Nessus, SCAP Compliance Checker, and Trellix Policy Auditor is required.
- Proficiency with Tricentis test automation and experience with SonarQube, Fortify SAST, SBOM generation, and GitLab CI/CD are required.
- Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation validation and AWS Security Hub integration is required.
- Experience developing Splunk ES queries, Splunk SOAR playbooks, and ESCU detection rules is required.
- Experience with eMASS API integration, AWS Config conformance packs, AWS Audit Manager, and CORA evidence pipelines is required.
- Preferred skills include Python, PowerShell, or Bash scripting; AWS GovCloud experience with Lambda, EventBridge, and Step Functions; RMF continuous-monitoring knowledge; and SAFe Agile and PI planning experience.
